enable you to :

edit your menus , delete the bottoms you don't need from it , some times many extensions add to your context menu many links ,, [ with menu editor you can undo all that and keep your extensions working  ] 

actually there is no much words to tell , you need to test it your self to know the difference  , and how your Firefox will be after you customize it
