Imagine the gamers after
20 years missing some of today's consoles or games... Legally, He (or she) has to buy it, but I was wondering “If you bought the console, the profit wouldn't go to Sony” if you bought a used-PS3 after 20 years (example!!) Yet, it'd be hard (maybe not impossible) to emulate such consoles and it's games with strong DRM protection.. it would be matter of time for “future gamers” to play PS3 (or any console) on their PCs...but why waste time on DRM while the goal is emulation not breaking DRM?! And, if somebody sued you for that, you'd be charged for breaking DRM
and Piracy (Wow, two charges?!).
DRM is nothing but trouble, to gamers, to people who want to backup their music.. and list goes on!
