Optimize your Ad-blocking protection
and that can be done through updating your content filtering list
-
open
urlfilter.ini you’ll find that file in your profile folder
Documents and Settings/User-Name/Application Data/Opera/profile/urlfilter.ini
-
That file tells
opera what urls picture should it block ; you can copy all the text
Here under
[exclude] and paste it in your urlfilter.ini .and save the file [ you’re DONE ]
-
Now you have blocked so many ads that might get in your way .
-
you can also add any url you wanna block manually by adding it to
the blocked content list either by the method i just explained or by
opening Tools>Advanced>Blocked Content and click the add bottom
-
you can block any certain element on any web page through right click .
Note : Large urlfilter.ini file will increase startup time of Opera.
